Featured Listings:
Basic listings are completely free of charge, but if you require a featured listing there is one off charge of 100 EUROS for the lifetime of the listing, i.e., until your property is sold or rented. If you require this service, please register and place a standard listing then Contact Us to request a featured listing. Will will send you a PayPal invoice for 100 EUROS and once this has been paid we will upgrade your listing to featured. Registering as a seller will allow you to list your French property for sale on this website. Registering as a buyer will allow you to view French property details, save searches and contact sellers via this website. PLEASE NOTE: It is a requirement that anyone selling or renting a property in France MUST have a DPE – Diagnostic Performance Energetique, unless there is no form of heating. This is a legal requirement & therefore when listing your property on this website you must include this information. The two fields on the property listing page that need to be filled in are Energy Consumption and Greenhouse Gas Emissions in the format ### kWh/m²/yr & ## kg CO2/m²/yr, replacing ## with the actual numbers. Please also upload a copy of your graph as one of your photos. (See below)
